You could easily do anything in Omnisphere or better with these two if you're willing to dive in.

Falcon has some great features for laying out samples like "auto extend ranges" and what not. The HALion 6, HALion Sonic 3 and Absolute 3 full retail versions will be available from resellers and through the Steinberg Online Shop from February 9, 2017. Olympus Choir is a powerful choral instrument for Steinberg HALion.
I don't know Halion's sampling capabilities, but from what I've seen they are very comprehensive. Audio Unit, VST 2 & 3 and AAX format 1 Host dependent feature. The comprehensive library featuring over 3,000 instrument sounds in total, all created by the sound engineers at Steinberg and Yamaha.
